Terms and Conditions – RCS Short Courses

These terms and conditions are applicable for;

  • Business Fundamentals Workshops
  • RCS Grazing Clinics
  • Regenerative Cropping Workshops
  • RCS Muster
  • Quantum Leap Workshops
  • Soil Solutions Workshops

Money-back Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with the training at the end of this course, please notify RCS and return all training materials within one month of the course ending, and RCS will refund the registration money paid.

Payment

Full payment is required to confirm your place at the course.

Cancellation

  • Should you be unable to attend, a substitute participant is welcome to attend in your place.
  • Transfers or cancellations within 3 weeks of the course commencement date incur a fee of 50% of the course cost per person.
  • Regrettably, no refund can be made for a no-show to the course, or cancellation on or after the start date.

Promotional Pricing

Early Bird pricing is applicable for full payment received at least 1 month prior to the start date of the course. You will be re-invoiced for the full course fee should your payment not be received by the early bird due date.

Course material

The Attendee agrees not to reproduce or circulate any part of the materials provided before or during the course, without prior written approval of RCS. If you are completing an online live short course, a physical manual will be posted to you after registration. The postage cost is included in the course cost for Australian residents. For any international participants, the postage cost will be additional and invoiced after registration.

Privacy Statement

RCS confirms information collected will remain confidential between RCS and the Attendee, subject to any legal obligation imposed upon RCS to disclose information collected. Information supplied to RCS will be used for registration processing and the distribution of newsletters and information regarding future events, unless you instruct us otherwise.

Disclaimer

The Attendee agrees that RCS will not be liable for any statements, representations or information (written or oral) provided or delivered by RCS or its representatives. In so far as the law permits, the Attendee agrees to indemnify and release RCS and its representatives from any and all claims, actions or demands which may be brought by a third party for damages suffered directly or indirectly as a result of the Attendee’s participation or the communications provided by RCS or its representatives.
