The face-to-face version of the Business Fundamentals Workshop is held over three days in a classroom. The power-packed, hands-on content will give you practical skills to take home and implement confidently. They are facilitated by our experienced teachers, who can share their personal experience with business management, with time for questions and answers.
This online version of the Business Fundamentals Workshop runs weekly for 12 weeks. These 1-hour lessons are live, interactive webinars with professional RCS trainers, incorporating practical activities to apply what you learn at home. All lessons are recorded and made available to you within one business day.

This course caters to individuals of varying skill sets and confidence levels. It is particularly beneficial for those in charge of managing paddocks and fields, as well as office responsibilities. If you do not have your own business or data, that’s fine it will not affect your learning experience.

For face-to-face Workshops, all morning teas, lunches and afternoon teas are included. Travel, accommodation and breakfast are additional and the responsibility of the participant.

This course consists of weekly, 1-hour lessons held on Tuesdays over 12 weeks, from 12:00-1:00 pm AEST/AEDT (NSW time)
If the lesson falls on a public holiday for the course presenter (primarily QLD and NSW public holidays), the lesson will move to the preceding Monday instead. All dates will be clearly communicated via email and available in the RCS Global Learning Hub from the beginning of the course to allow time for planning.
For the online version of this workshop, all live lessons are recorded and made available for catch-up and review via the RCS Global Learning Hub within one business day. You will have access to all online materials and live lesson recordings provided for the duration of your course, plus 12 months after the final lesson is complete.
