Terry co-founded RCS in 1985, which has set the benchmark for capacity building in rural and regional Australia. He is responsible for the introduction of GrazingforProfit® into Australia which now has over 8,000 graduates and has changed grazing, livestock and business management nationally. He is also a leader in Soil Carbon, having established CarbonLink™ in 2007 to reward farmers for adding carbon to their soil.

Trevor was born and raised on a western Darling Downs mixed cropping and grazing enterprise. As our General Manager, he brings this history and his experience as an executive manager and collaborative leader in family, farmer cooperative and corporate business environments to his everyday duties running the company.

David is a member of a grazing family from western Queensland and completed his Bachelor of Agricultural Science (Hons 1) at UQ Gatton. Working for us in various roles since 2007, he continues to be a sought-after educator, consultant, facilitator and public speaker across Australia.

An integral part of our lively team, Michelle comes from Central Queensland, where she earned a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) at CQUniversity. In her role as Finance Manager, Michelle is responsible for managing the company’s accounting and finance functions.

Her background in the IT and education sectors, degree in Business and wealth of international and local experience mean she expertly oversees the Delivery, Events, IT and Project teams. Nic Kentish hails from South Australia, and has a lifetime’s experience in the agricultural industry, introducing cell grazing and regenerative management systems to his and other’s farms since 1999. These days, Nic teaches our Farming & Grazing for Profit School, coaches our graduates, facilitates for the ExecutiveLink™ program, and provides advisory services to Australian and international producers.

Matt is a fifth-generation farmer in central NSW with a Bachelor of Financial Administration, a post-graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment, professional accounting qualifications and a lifetime’s experience in both the farming and financial sectors. At RCS, Matt advises both family producers and corporates, teaches our Farming & Grazing for Profit School, Online Regenerative Cropping Workshop and other courses and facilitates for the ExecutiveLink Program.

Jess’ background in teaching for 12 years has led her to a love of learning and driven her to find as much information as she can about running a profitable business whilst improving the ecology of the land they are custodians for. Having studied at university in Brisbane and completed many RCS courses, Henry now trades organic and conventional dry cattle and focuses on biodiversity retention and the practical application of biodynamics and radionics. Henry joins our team as a facilitator, coach, and teacher to help others take control of their business and achieve what they want in life.

Originally from NZ, Kat spent 5 years on cattle stations, before moving to Sarina and working in sales, marketing and design. Kat is converting a cane farm to regenerative high-density grazing and is passionate about producing vibrant ecosystems and healthy food. Nic is a third-generation grazier with a degree in IT and software development. For many years, he and his wife Carley ran a cattle and sheep operation near Longreach. Following Grazing for Profit, Nic and Carley graduated from ExecutiveLink in 2017. Nic is now based on the Sunshine Coast and specialises in supporting and developing RCS IT systems and software.

Jane Barker holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Rangeland Management) and has a high level of training and experience at a practical level on farm as well as technical work with AACo, experience with the Department of Natural Resources and insight into operating rural tourism businesses. Jane is available for background research, administrative and technical support.

Coming from a cattle farm in Central Queensland, Megan has worked in the agricultural industry for most of her life and is very passionate about helping producers achieve profitability and resilience on-farm. With her experience and drive for excellence, she co-ordinates our Managing for Profit Program and other online platforms such as the RCS Global Learning Hub to promote learning and skill building nationally and globally.
