Online Regenerative Cropping Workshops

If you’re ready to transition to regenerative cropping management methods and tackle current agriculture issues like declining soil health and climate variability, then this workshop is for you.

In this online workshop, we focus on profitably transitioning towards a cropping system that improves soil health and returns, with lower risk.

The outcome-driven content shares how to introduce alternative approaches into your existing cropping program. It will include:

  • Developing a systems-thinking approach to land and business management
  • Soil microbiology – practices that give a healthy balance between physical, biological, and chemical elements.
  • Key ecological health indicators including carbon/humus, ecosystem services, soil health, biodiversity and water cycle.
  • The 6 RCS Soil Health Principles – what they are and how to put them into practice.
  • Economic challenges and management accounting processes.
  • Risk management for general cropping as well as regenerative cropping.
  • Pathway for crossing the “Valley of Death” from conventional to regen cropping
  • The first steps you can take now on your farm.

Regenerative cropping requires understanding and husbandry of natural systems that are complex and adaptive by nature. This online workshop will enable you to profitably improve your soil health and move forward to a regenerative cropping system with the confidence of proven advice.
