Managing for Profit Producer Discussion

Have you recently reflected on your achievements since completing an RCS course?

We hope they have been what you planned.

However, often the reality is that life gets in the way and we fall back into working in rather than on the business pretty quickly.

  • It is easy to lose focus and step back into old patterns
  • Sometimes it is what we stop doing which saves money in a business
  • We often must give up something in order to move forward – but what should it be?

Our age-old challenge has been providing the after-course support that you need in order to get your systems and your business firing. That’s why we created the Managing for Profit program.

Creating connections, support and momentum

What is it?
Managing for Profit is a fortnightly online session (60-90 minutes) where an RCS facilitator and other graduates use your questions and comments to:

  • Revisit key principles on land, production, business and people.
  • Discuss questions on content from the course.
  • Explore implementation of the principles.
  • Look at management strategies relevant to current conditions/time of year.
  • Dig into latest industry topics and hear latest research/updates.
  • Hear from industry specialists on industry hot topics.

The agenda is broken into three components each fortnight.

  1. Revision of an RCS Principle relevant to time of year or requested topics
  2. Strategic discussion of topics raised by you
  3. Operational discussion of topics raised by you

For a brief overview of what you can expect from the program, you might like to watch this 3-minute message, What is Managing for Profit?
