At this 2-day event you will:
- Enrich your outlook with half a day of informative sessions delivered by guest speakers.
- Revisit the RCS principle-based management frameworks on Land, Production, Business and People and work at all levels, from strategy through to operations, to put them into practice and deepen your knowledge.
- Participate in workshops to draw on group experience to help identify blind spots in your business and ideas on how to overcome them.
- Get hands-on with selected RCS spreadsheets and tools using your own data.
- Gain clarity on actions to take at the end of the Muster and options for ongoing support to fulfil your business and personal vision and goals.
- Network with ExecutiveLink® members during meals and the guest speaker sessions
- Let your hair down at a gala dinner
What Is Involved?
Themes for this event include:
- A deeper dive into several topics covered in our Managing for Profit online program
- Masterclasses on key management tools and how to use them for decision-making
- Looking at the principles learned during our programs and courses to put into practice in your business
The standard investment is as follows;
- 1 person: $2,000
- 2 people: $1,125 per person
- 3 people: $833.35 per person
- 4 people: $687.50 per person
The group rates are applicable for participants registering from the same business. The cost includes morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner each day.
All prices quoted above are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Travel, accommodation and breakfast are additional and the responsibility of the participant.

When you register for this event, you will have the opportunity to submit the three big questions you would like answered during the management training sessions. Your questions will influence what content we cover in those four sessions.
