RCS is pleased to present a two-part webinar series on behalf of Fitzroy Basin Association regarding landscape ecology and the important functions native trees provide to promote stable and resilient landscapes in the Fitzroy region.

  • The benefits of trees in Queensland grazing systems: what our Balance of Trees and Grass Study has revealed: Leanne Sommer, Landscape Ecologist, RCS Australia
  • A timeline of the Brigalow lands: what Leichhardt saw and documented on his explorations in the 1840’s, the landscape today, and what the future holds for land management: Dr Rod Fensham, University of Queensland.
  • Panel Q and A with Henry Hinds.
