Where: Rosslyn Bay Wellness, Vin E. Jones Drive Rosslyn, QLD, 4703

This four hour workshop targets Mindfulness – one of the key techniques to happiness.
Learn how the mind works, in particular how we engage with negative narratives and suffering.
The workshop demonstrates our thought processes, applies that to our daily life to give us greater resilience and provides a calming perspective.
You’ll do lots of small exercises to recognise how busy the mind is, learn how to let go, how to focus on narratives to enhance positivity and learn the Buddhist basis of developing love and kindness. “You are what you think”.
This workshop is appropriate for anyone wanting to find out more about Mindfulness and how it can help at home, at work and with friends and family.
There is a limited number of tickets on sale. Profits from the sale of workshop tickets will be donated to CAPS (Community Action for the Prevention of Suicide Inc). To learn more about CAPS, visit www.caps.org.au.
